Grand Casino Mille Lacs

Have been coming here for years, newer renovations are great. Love that it's non-smoking on the floor (Bingo hall is a smoking area). 1991 Kitchen has good food and friendly staff, same with 95% of all staff we meet. The Up North Bar has excellent bartenders and good drink specials, hands down my favorite MN casino bar.nOver the last year, the host services and promotions have improved tremendously. They are quick to respond and the offers has been good. (Shout-out to Kristy Laquinto!)nMy room has always been clean and comfortable. I do think the elevators and common areas can be improved, as they are getting dated and scuffed up.nAs for winning, well I would never rate a casino based on payout, as the house always wins, but the overall experience at Grand Casino Mille Lacs is a fun time

Such a fun atmosphere! The hotel is really nice and the beds are very comfy! Don't let the 2am bar close fool you tho, they basically shut everything down at 1:30. They have smoking rooms, which was nice, but there's no smoking on the casino floor. Makes sense though, since masks are required.

There was supposed to have a drawing and never happened!! Couldn't even get a bonus !!!!!

Best place to enjoy your time and relax. Get to smoke in the bingo hall. Staff are always polite. Great variety of machines. Me and my husband an family always have a great time a win some and lose some. Its a great enviroment. The hotel is always clean to satisfaction, food is delicious, and the gift shop is awesome. ☺
