Order 3 foot long one was right the other two cold cut club told the put everything on them plus honey muster got them home just meat nothing else think they would do better worst service ever had there

Carla at Calhoun subway is such a sweet, helpful and friendly employee. Always so kind and smiling!!!!! Also, she is the very best at making salads and sandwiches!! Her salads are the best I have ever had and my kids say when she makes their sandwiches they are the very best too.

Three separate occasions I have been done wrong. First time we called in the order and when we got there we needed to add a six inch meatball sub, we waited almost an hour for a six inch sub that was halfway made and sat on the counter for forty five minutes while they made everyone else's food first. Second time was walk in, was told night shift didn't prep anything the night prior and we had to change what we wanted according to what they had available so we wouldn't have to wait an hour again. This time we did mobile order, two subs were correct and the one chicken bacon ranch was made wrong. The ticket plainly said what my injured brother wanted on it, but it was made with Fritos and other things that don't even go on the sandwich. We don't have many places to eat in the city of Calhoun so for a franchise such as subway to be in our little town you'd expect good food service. But that is not the case. Our food is always wrong or we have to wait forever to get it. My visits to subway have gotten few and far between because I'm done wrong every time. These three instances are over a year long span, one every six months. Don't get me wrong the food is good, when it's made right.
