STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! THE LANDLORD IS SATAN! She doesn’t believe she has to follow any of Ky laws regarding being a landlord and she enters peoples apartments without permission and steals! She is rude and loud, intrusive, hateful, and doesn’t have a clue how to be a decent landlord. Not to mention the buildings are dilapidated and full of mold!

The “landlord” if that’s what she calls herself is extremely unprofessional, rude, nosey, condescending, ignorant, lazy , & has a huge “respect my authority “ attitude. The place is like 100 years old and hasn’t been taken care of! It is full of mold! It needs to be condemned! Wouldn’t suggest renting here!

Quiet place to live or at least it seems like it when I visit. The parking lot sucks and is going to tear someone's vehicle apart. There are pot holes so big its somewhat unbelievable they have been there so long
