Little expensive but they do a good job.
I love seeing the same staff! Very professional and fun. Also, the place in and out is very clean. I love that there are a few places to tip so everyone who is working hard in their areas are getting tipped well.nLast year, I visited family in a really small town and came back with dirt everywhere in and out of my Jeep. We have loved you guys for years, but the recent decision to not quickly help dry off our vehicle is leading us to consider stopping our membership. I know it is a corporate decision, but it’s so frustrating having a bunch of workers stand there in masks waving goodbye to you with a stack of towels there. The back of our vehicles are always wet and stained with water spots. Just not worth the price anymore! ud83dude1f
It was my first time going to Mister Car Wash. I went to get the interior of my car vacuumed out today and this place did a horrible job. Cup holders still had crumbs in them, dog hair was still all over the floor and on the floor mats. The employee's may have ran a vacuum over the surfaces but they definitely did not take the time to actually clean/vacuum the car out. I'd love to come in and show a manager the lack of quality work done on my vehicle, as the pictures below were taken after they vacuumed my car. Either way, I'm definitely unsatisfied and disappointed with this service.
They keep raising costs. It may be getting overpriced for what I'm willing to pay. Cost after Covid with reduced services don't decrease, and they're charging to wash mats. Great product, but they nickel and dime you like crazy.
