Went through drive through at 8 this evening on a road trip. Drive the attendant was rude. Never even gave total before pulling around. Order wasn't correct. I'm unsure if she was new or what but she needs trained on customer service and how to talknto people. It should be noted they were not busy at all. I could understand being rushed to an extent but this was not the case.

I'm a big fan of Arby's, and I really enjoy most of the sandwiches and sides they have available. Unfortunately with this latest sandwich they have promoted wasn't up to expectations as my wife and I hoped for. And what we ordered was a bit pricey.

I stopped at this restaurant the other day. One vehicle in front of me guy was placing an order. After about 5 minutes or so it seemed like he still hadn't ordered. He was sitting waiting on someone to come to the speaker. This is ridiculous this drive-thru is the slowest in Paducah. I just turned around and went to another place about two down from them went inside sat down and got great food. Very little weight my food was hot and fresh it has something to do with the hut. Arby's is just getting terrible
