Crystal Police Department

When my mother-in-law died, the officers were kind, responsive and helpful. Her death was unexpected and took our family by complete surprise. The officers took the time to answer questions we had and were very respectful.

I was in need of help on Saturday and they went above and beyond to help me. To resolve the situation, I needed to make a payment at the City Hall in order to fix the problem, but they didn't open until Monday. The officer helping us showed up to allow us to pay and fix the issue that day! Wow, we were overjoyed with their kindness! Thank you!

Rude officer at traffic issue at 81 and Bass Lake ..very rude very unhelpful when he wanted me to move a truck accross 4 lanes with cars in the way..
