Very fast, knowledgeable service. He came out within a couple hours of receiving our call in the evening and had our laundry room back-up fixed in no time. Gave great advice and we had him out a couple days later to replace some pipes too. He was efficient and even did a quick fix on our toilet at the last minute at no charge. Prices are very reasonable and he saved us a ton of money on our water bill with the toilet fix. He is definitely going to be our regular plumber. Highly recommend!
Called for a quote on a minor gas leak we found while replacing the oven range.nnSaid he would be there at 4pm. No response and it was 530. I called and he said he was on his way. Then I had to call back at 630 and he said he was near. Finally arrived by 7.nnHe came and barely looked at the leak and said he would have to replace the when thing and wasn't sure on the cost. I went with him since I invested the time into this already and he came two days later to install and told me the cost was $650. The permit cost was a random cost that did not match Brooklyn centers website. He said he would call me back to tell me about the permit process but of course no responsennI called for a follow-up and he said he would call me back but guess what no response. Do I need to beg this guy to do his job?nnWish I went with someone else.
Sabastian has completed 3 jobs for me now. His work is of the utmost quality. He always schedules work very quickly and his prices are very reasonable compared to other plumbers I've worked with in the past.
Thank you guys so much for your prompt service and installation of my new water heater. I was in a panic as I needed it replaced or repaired today at my business, they came out within 2hrs and had the job done within 5. Very professional and respectful.
