Holly was excellent about keeping us informed of the repair schedule. She was cheerful. Devan, our plumber, was professional, timely, and went above and beyond in the quality of service. Highly recommend him, and will ask for him by name if we need help for anything. He is especially knowledgeable in service to plumbing associated with manufactured homes.
The plumber was very knowledgeable and worked in a very timely manner. He showed up promptly on very short notice and was willing to perform the job on the same day. The pricing seemed very reasonable. We could not be more impressed with the work done or the plumber performing the job! Great workmanship!!!

Friday night water heater leaked into the basement. Every plumber looked like they were closed and it was -8ºF. Finally found Plumb Right and someone answered the phone. Emergency, after hours pricing was reasonable all things considered. They were at my house within 40 minutes. Two hours later they were done. Cleaned up the area and charged what they expected the job to cost. Made the plumbing connection much better than the previous installation. Precise, efficient and very clean job.
I called PlumRight after calling several other plumbers who couldn’t help me until next week. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment for the same day they were able to come earlier than scheduled. Thomas was knowledgeable, pleasant and was able to fix the water valve and outside faucet problem in one stop. I would definitely use them for any other plumbing needs.
