Outstanding service from Weld & Sons, from the front office to the guys doing the work in the field. On the coldest night of the year our old water softener sprang a leak at the main inlet pipe. Replacement was already overdue, and we didn't know how long we'd have to wait with so many people dealing with frozen pipes. Zach arrived even sooner that expected and was able to replace the unit the same day, for the price we had been quoted. Prompt. professional, polite, and thorough--and left the place spotless after the repair. We were happy to have them go above and beyond our expectations, and would recommend Weld & Sons exclusively for plumbing repairs.

Main water shut off valve started leaking after our meter replacement. Weld and Son was very helpful and responsive. The repair was finished quickly and the price was reasonable. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

I've used Weld and Sons for many years on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. I really appreciate that they're a full service shop and can handle anything from a slow drain to pipes clogged with trees, even installing new water lines and fixing old sewer pipes. Craftsmanship is top notch at Weld. Their workmen are thoughtful and thorough. I've never had a call back in 15 years of business with them. They're organized, the business office people are easy to work with. The techs show up on time. They're prices are very fair and while they're not the least expensive plumber in the metro they're the very best in my mind. They're my first call for plumbing related anything and my only recommendation I give to friends.

Everyone was very helpful, personable, and genuine. I had low water pressure in my home and the receptionist helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. When she had met her match she had Mr. Weld call me directly and he diagnosed it as my water softener without even having to make a house call. They came to install a new one (Zach Weld, one of the sons) and he too was very personable, genuine, professional, and instructive. He even noticed a couple of things that I should do to better prepare my house for winter (things to do on my own, NOT up sell stuff). Thanks Zach!! I will definitely be coming back to them with any of my other plumbing needs.
