Have gotten multiple oil changes here with very good service and pricing. Highly recommended.
I chose this place because of location & the brand. The staff is friendly and very nice. They do get things done in timely manner & discuss your concerns/problems in a detailed manner. There is no sell pitch but just recommendations. But there is one huge problem I encountered. Several months into COVID19 my car appointment was coming up. I called the day before because I received no confirmation & cancellation. When I called it just claimed they were closed, but they didn't notify their customer! I was furious because I though they were better then that, after needing a urgent oil change, breaks & tires, I had to scramble to the nearest opening Oil Service and then go to a dealership days later. If they would've called to just say they are blocking their schedule it would've been fine. I expected more then just plain shutting down without notification. I do understand how alarming it is but one employee to make calls all day, should've happened.
Love love love this place! This is probably the coolest General Mills employee perk that we get. Labor is cheaper than any other mechanics around me. I can get all the work on my vehicle done while I am at work with very little disruption on my work day. Thank you Russ for taking care of my Subaru!!
