I have say I have been disappointed over the last year. I have been a member for a long time and I had always rated them with 5 stars. They are trying to save money by having less people and they no longer have anyone to wipe down your can with just an exterior wash. Wash quality has dropped as well. I have to run my truck through twice to get it clean. The filtered rinse water they once used is now hard water that leaves spots and streaks. This is at all location in this area and Iowa.. At the Plymouth location the arms that go up once you've been scanned use to be sequel allowing the next car to go in order. Now all 3 of the arms go up at the same time making cars jockey for position, very frustrating. There are few choices to get your car washed in the area as they have bought everyone up. This business plan will work for a while but if doesn't go back to the way it was they will loose me and other as a customer. On top of all that they raised prices by 20%. (I pay for the top wash level and get the same quality as a gas station) please fix this, photos after wash...
The free vacuums are awesome! Super friendly and helpful staff! Easy, convenient and fast! My car looks amazing for only $10 basic wash/dry.
It was my first time and I was honestly a little nervous because there were so many cars there. The attendant outside was SO nice and accommodating and walked me through the options and how to use the car wash. My car came out squeaky clean! I will buy a membership next time!
The line was long but my car is nice and shiny, there are vacuum pumps that did not work. Didn't have any suction at all. But other than that I was pretty happy with the car wash.
Always friendly staff. Never had an issue with any vehicle running through their machines. Vacuums are strong (and they’re plenty of them).
