Angela Potter is awesome! She is professional, courteous, and cares about her tenants. Her and her team are extremely prompt, responsive, and no issue is too great! Cannot recommend enough, Angela and her team are an excellent property management group. Trust Properties is aptly named! Their tenant portal is excellent as well: you can pay rent, put in maintenance requests, and view documents such as your lease right from the web site or via the app available for your phone.

Last week I got a change to talk to Angela about an situation i'm going through. She was helpful and giving me advice. Then I called today to ask her something questions. WOW!!! freaking rude" I don't have time to answer none of your questions". If you want me 2 answer me anything, just send me an email. I really wanted to do business with her. But some of the reviews. Just make rethink about this .. I will just take my business some where else. Sometimes I wonder why are they still in business... Good luck

I rented with trust for a year and a half. I would definitely rent with them again. My maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly. Although I was in an older and non upgraded apartment my appliances worked and any problems I had were fixed within a very reasonable time, and they accommodated my schedule. Angela is very easy to reach and speak with. When looking for a new (bigger) place I wanted to stick with them, but unfortunately nothing available fit our needs. Upon moving out they were understanding with stuff I had left outdoors and worked with me as I had to get it removed slowly. The cleaning fee after move out was reasonable and not outrageous. My only down side was when living there we got a few renovations done and I was notified with little notice. I work from home and the noise was disturbing my ability to do my job. With more notice I could’ve planned a little better, or maybe communicated more of a convenient time for me. But other than that my experience was great and I’d recommend renting with them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR 30 ON EVEN APPLYING TO THEIR PROPERTIES!!! I received an email this morning saying that I was approved for the apt I applied for and to call her to schedule a viewing. When I called to get a viewing of the apt, Angela then told me she couldn't proceed with my approval because child support is not considered an income. Are you kidding me? I had viewings for THREE places yesterday and all approved child support as income. I have to report child support as income as a requirement in NM. She was then VERY VERY rude telling me, "Well idk what to tell you." She then tried really quickly to get me off the phone. Pretty much hung up on me. I then got horror stories from friends saying this is by far the worst rental company in Las Cruces, hands down. They will not return deposits and Angela is a nightmare to work with. They told me getting denied was actually a blessing and to trust them on that! And reading all these reviews, I actually do consider this a blessing in disguise. I will look elsewhere and warn my family and friends from this company and Angela especially.

Stay away. When I returned the move in checklist the owner was incredibly rude. We’ve now moved out and only received approximately $250 back from our $1020 security deposit, with them claiming an ungodly amount for cleaning fees, landscaping fees, and a missing ice bucket. The landscaping was cared for during our time living in the house and was actually a mess when we first moved in. There never was an ice bucket. We also moved out before our lease was up because we found new renters to move in. We were told we would be refunded and that final month would be pro-rated (moved out the 18th). Angela claims we made an agreement with the new tenants that we would pay the remainder of the month. Not true and would love to see documentation proving this. My husband and I will be seeking legal action. Greedy, lying, not worth the headache.
