I just got a facial and it was AMAZING!! Kate was soo nice and everything was super relaxing. Everyone was so nice and helped me have a great first time experience and I’m definitely going there again. I understand that it’s a school and not everyone there will be perfect!! But they’re so kind and put in a lot of effort into their service, which is much appreciated. Super easy-going environment and cute little location. 10/10 love love love ♡

In my opinion I would NOT recommend a pedicure from this business. I walked in for a pedicure with two heathy feet and left with my right foot bruised and swollen resulting in two visit to insta-care, 2 weeks of immobility, physical pain, and a deep bone bruise. Along with missed deadlines for my work and a cancelled vacation. I spoke with the director at the time and she said she would call to check on me in a few days. She has not. Nor did I receive a response to the letter I delivered over one week ago today. I expected to walk into the pedicure stations that are shown on google under the loaded by the owner tab (see photos).  I would caution that the photos of the pedicure stations are not accurate. In my opinion, it’s very misleading and dangerous for both clients and students. It was immensely difficult to get on the pedicure seat.  My legs were in a vertical drop position for two hours with nothing adequate to support my feet. My entire pedicure was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. I’ve had at least 200 pedicures in my life and there has always been a safe place to rest my feet with a supporting and comfortable chair for me to sit in. I can only imagine how difficult it is for students to hold a slippery, wet, soapy leg and give a pedicure at these stations. Again. . . it is the poor design of the pedicure stations and the school that are at fault.  It is not the student who is trying to their best to deal with the precarious situation. I’m paying a high price for trusting that Skin Institute takes care to ensure the safety of clients and students. I can’t believe this happened to me. It seems likely to happen to others if the pedicure stations are not made safe. Again, in my opinion do not go here for a pedicure!

I did my manicure and pedicure with Claudia during my last visit. She was so friendly, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting this done. I will keep going to this place and I will recommend it to my friends too. Great service and friendly staff👍🏻

I liked the environment and the people are friendly. I wish I could say the same about the quality of the service. Got a gel manicure and pedicure YESTERDAY! See for yourself in the pictures. And Now I have to go pay for it to taken off too!

I love Skin Science Institute!! They are incredible! The staff was so helpful and friendly with all the questions I had about my skin. They gave me the best recommendations for what services would help me with a youthful glow. They were professional, and I had the best experience here. Highly recommend!
