Kennedy and Abbie were new to the floor but they did a great job on my hair and it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with them. Be ready to spend a long time-like 3.5 hour for my cut, deep condition, scalp treatment, and style. If you have time, its a great deal. And the expert teachers are close by and ready to correct/instruct/or finish your cut or color.
Bought a Groupon and went in and got paired up with Danielle. She was amazing! Professional, easy to talk too and did a great job with my color. You could tell also her Instructor Jamie and her had a great relationship and they worked great together as well. Looking forward to going back for my haircut. Thanks!
Absolutely worth every penny! I had an amazing experience start to finish! I went to get a peekaboo or shadowbox using the vivid color groupon. The student I had (Jamie) was amazing to work with and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The instructors are also wonderful and made sure to stop by occasionally to offer advice. I always felt included in conversations and they really took the time to understand what I wanted. I can't thank the salon enough for the incredible experience and for bringing my vision to life.
I had a negative experience on Saturday was asked to come back by the owner and they fixed my hair better than I could have imagined. Shauna was the senior who did my hair this time along with her instructor and I couldn't ask for better results!!!! It's absolutely beautiful
Went in for a scalp treatment and deep conditioning and style. Trinity was the stylist I made the appointment with.
She was very professional and kept me informed of what she was doing.
Very happy with the results
