Very frustrating to come to get a massage and have them make you sit outside when they have already taking your temperature at the door, you're wearing a mask and there is plenty of room to stay socially distance in their lobby as well as their quiet room. Very silly and I will not be back. Horrible customer service.
I am new to the area, and just had my first massage with Jill, it was awesome! The staff have been warm and welcoming. Happy to have found my new place!
As others have said, the customer service is terrible. They charged us for a month while they were closed and we couldn’t even use our membership. And completely refused to work with us in any way. No refund, no extra month to use the credit. Nothing. Shameful to steal people’s money at a time like this.
I have a crazy work schedule so I've seen a few different therapists there. Everyone is great at their jobs and makes you feel really comfortable. It's really convenient to have later appointment times and weekend appointments for people with non traditional schedules. The monthly subscription is a good deal, $60 a month for a 60 minute massage and discounted additional sessions.
The facial is lame. Great massage with Drew.
Update.... tried to cancel a membership and use credits for massage... they booked me in but only after the expiration of credits. Now they would like $260 for two massages???
I must agree with the other reviews... scammers. Why not just honor the credits?
