I received a massage at this place. I thought she did a great job! I have had many massages at different places. Also I've had a lightening treatment and hair removal and WHOA!! it is amazing. Love it!!!!! The owner is very nice and professional.

Jean is excellent and such a professional and really knows her stuff. She only used Cutera Laser system which is the best quality on the market. I would highly recommend this system and only go to a medical spa that offers it. I will be coming back again soon.

Jean is amazing and has been doing this for years. It's not the clinical approach, to be sure, but she really gets the job done in a comfy atmosphere. I have had hair removal and veins done by her and both have been nothing short of miraculous.

I read a few reviews that were not so great about this place....so i was nervous to buy the groupon. I decided to call them and i spoke to Jean, she is wonderful. She explained to me the process, technology and what to expect. She offered me a free no obligation consultation. I am glad i did that. I am getting Laser hair removal done now and Jean did a wonderful job and I've had good results. Update 2017 - I do agree with the other review that she could pay more attention to hygiene...her ice packs aren't always wrapped anymore and sometimes her sheets dont look clean. She was better when I first started with her. She now also misses spots like 1 other reviewer said...seems like she is in a rush to finish always. I think her service has gone down from when I first started with her 2 years ago.

Is is just me or does Jean miss a lot of area when she is doing the laser hair removal? I have noticed during the session that she will bounce around from area to area and it feels like she is missing some areas completely. I have noticed that there are small parts of my body that are hair-free but that the area right next to it is covered. I've had hair removal at another location and haven't had this same problem. All of the hair was removed and not just patches. Also, I worry about the cleanliness of the goggles and robe. Last time I went, it appeared that the robe had just been worn as it was haphazardly placed on the bed and the goggles had residue from the previous client. Eww! Also, since Jean is the owner, I'm wondering if she should be accepting tips. UPDATED: After three visits, I had zero results. Fortunately Jean gave me a full refund (minus the uncalled for tips). I think she realized she wasn't doing something right. I found the esthetician I'd been to years ago and had results after just one visit. AND so much less pain! If you want real laser hair removal results, find Toni Rose Perkins. She is amazing!
