Norse Realty Group assisted in the sale of a home for us this past fall. I cannot say enough about how helpful Tyler was with this transaction. He went above and beyond every step of the way. His professionalism and knowledge of the market was outstanding. There is no question that Norse Realty will be my first choice on future transactions.

I was making a long distance move from California to Minnesota and had been searching for nearly four years for *just* the perfect house. When I found it, I didn't have a local retailer who could show me the house, so I just clicked on the button that asks Zillow to connect buyers with realtors. I was just planning to take a look, so I felt there wasn't a lot of risk. I had no idea what a gift I would find in Tyler. Not only was he kind and accommodating, he was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with technical details (he's also a contractor, so his eye for the house's construction quality was critical). The house I thought was my dream house turned out to already have an offer, and wasn't quite as nice as I had thought. Tyler had set up a couple other showings for me, just in case, and one of those turned out to be the house I didn't know I just *had* to have. Especially with all the long-distance details and logistics, Tyler was everything I could have wanted in a realtor. This is the third house I've bought over the last thirty years, and it was the best experience I've had. Considering it mostly happened from a distance, it was truly a remarkable experience. I can't recommend Tyler highly enough. My thanks go out to him and to Norse Realty for all their help!

Tyler and Catherine were great to work with - very accessible and on top of things throughout. They went above and beyond making sure the house was ready for sale and had it on and off the market (sold) within 7 days!
