Virtually impossible to get ahold of with zero organization. Promised our money back after being denied and have yet to see a single cent in over a week. If you call to speak to someone you’re always sent to voicemail but some how always available to call you when they need something. Fees on fees on fees for everything imaginable.

Worst apartment ever. Nothing gets fixed when it is supposed to. Multiple health and safety violations. There's mold in the garage that you can smell all the way into the stairwell and the lights in the stairs were out for over 2 weeks it was pitch black in there! And to top it off they have this new parking pass which they didn't notify all tenants of and let cars get towed without notice when they should have set an email or letter with a pass for each tenant. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone here its like they don't care about their tenants. Just a paycheck for them! -5 stars would not recommend!

They have fixed just about everything they can that I request. (Minus a few things which were understandable and I was told will get done later!) I’m super happy about my new A/C in the bedroom (has a remote)and hope they can get me a new one for the living room as well since I can’t reach the one in my living room(it’s very high up and I’m very short) They respond in a timely manner and seem to do their best to make sure I’m happy. Everyone has been polite to me. Hoping they will get the pool up and running here shortly that is also something I’m kinda bummed about my kids would love to go swimming! I can notice they are working hard to make a change around here. These type of things are very important to me. I can see myself staying with this company for awhile! Hope things continue on a good path while I continue living here.

I’ve lived here for 2 years . I love living here. The residents are respectful and friendly and the management staff do their best to be available and help as much as possible. I’ve never had any major issues with anything. It’s also a very beautiful property and so close to everything essential !

Extremely disappointing. Townhome was not clean when we moved in; completely overpriced; amenities are nothing like advertised; previous management had extremely poor communication; maintenance requests acknowledged months later. Should be 0/5 stars.
