The renters found by Customer Driver Realty were terrible. The former tenants were evicted after missing 2 month of rent and having the water turned off by the city. The rental was destroyed, and over 1,4000 lbs of garbage was removed from the house.nnAfter the eviction I asked to see the background check that Customer Driven Realty performed. The check showed that the tenants already had 1 eviction on their record already and had lived at over 20 addresses since 1995.nnAfter all repairs, cleaning fees, and missed rent/bill have been calculated the former tenants are going to collections for over $7,000.
