So far Erik has been very fair and done great work on our bathroom install. He works hard and is always open to chat or explain something about the work being done. This is someone who knows what they’re doing and loves doing it.nnI would definitely recommend them.
I called this company to have them move my drinking fountain over 4 feet. Should’ve listened to the reviews. I have a new construction house and it should be pretty simple right. The plumber came over and told me that it should take between 4 and 6 hours. Got a bill for 13.5 hours equaling to roughly 1900 dollars. He wasn’t even here 2 days. Left numerous times for “materials.” Could’ve done that one time not 3 or 4 especially with the wall torn off. He milks the clock and is slow. I talked to a plumber buddy and he said that should’ve taken no longer than 5 hours. Only thing I can say was work was done right but I wouldn’t use this company again as they overcharge and milk the clock.
Nearly $1400 to install a sink and toilet. The demo was done, the pipes were exposed/ready, and the new fixtures were sitting there in a box. It took the guy three trips and at least 3-4 hours of standing there looking at it to decide what to do. They *said* the first trip was a free consultation so we could make a gameplan before I tiled the wall. But it turned into them taking 3 trips and charging $1400. I didn’t trust the plumber was a being a good steward of my time and money.nnWhen I reminded them of the discussion of the free consultation and explained I thought FOURTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS was a bit much for a sink/toilet install, they basically told me too bad, so sad. Would not recommend.
Real customer. Son, Erik, unethical. Charged me twice what other plumbers told me job should be. Did not replace circulation pump,which was original to system and part of bid. Ruined in garage in-floor heat by leaving valve off but not emptying pipes. Son also in legal trouble for commercial job he did not manage well. Run the other way!
I live just down the street from these guys. My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year so far and I called them. Left a message fully understanding that I would need to be worked into the schedule. They literally never called me back. I called Able in Minnetrista and they called back and came out in two days. Service matters, communication matters more.
