Do not use the pet wash. Water never heated up. Shampoo/conditioner did not work. Only thing that worked was rinse cycle and the dryer. Had to send someone to DG to buy actual shampoo as we didn’t realize the shampoo was broken and our dog was drenched at this point. There were tons of dead fleas left in the tub by whoever used it previously. The whole interior was dingy and smelled unclean. Also, not made for larger dogs- the hoses for water/and dryer do not reach the end of the platform to reach the backend of the dog. Car wash attendant was rude and unpleasant. Would not recommend taking your pet here. Apologized to my pet for bringing her here, won’t happen again.
Great place but half the time one vacuum cleaner on one side of the car wont suck very well. And there isnt alot of pressure in the self wash bays.

Love the manual prewash and laser no touch wash!!
Excellent automated no car wash that uses high pressure water so no brushes that can scratch your paint. Has wax, undercarriage wash (which is great to remove salt used to melt snow from the roads), spot free rinse and air dry. Auto vacuum is included at no charge and there is also a free pet wash in an enclosed room with a hot/cold water washing sink (a ramp is provided to help your pet get in and out) and blow dry so your furry friend gets a 5 star treatment if you choose.
