We bought a property which Kirk had listed for a family member. Communication was lacking through the whole process. The hours before closing he contacted us about making two significant changes to the purchase agreement which was incredibly stressful and ultimately our realtor shared the cost of one change to make the deal happen which I did not think was fair. We moved in and the fridge did not make ice nor would it get below 47 degrees. It could not it be repaired and his response was we should have noticed during our walk thru and then offered us a home warranty after the fact so we could lie and submit a claim.
