There really isn't enough I can say about Alex. The Twin Cities has a ton of agents and the market is very intense and competitive- having someone on your side whom you can trust is the most important decision you'll make buying and selling a home. Alex helped us sell our starter home and buy our forever home, getting us more than list price on our sale and below list on the home we purchased. During our showings, Alex put his encyclopedic knowledge on display and showed us what could be troubling and what could be good. I can't speak enough of the honesty and professional ethics he demonstrates in his work and he is dedicated to eradicating unconscious bias and the legacies of redlining. Also, bear in mind that there are two sides to a real estate transaction and that other side might be inexperienced or just really bad. Alex was able to identify numerous faults and potential issues made by other parties that would have ended up being gigantic headaches had he not had the attention to detail to notice these things.nnAgain, Alex has the knowledge, experience, and candor you need and working with him will be the best choice you make buying or selling a home.
