Mark Hulsey brings years of experience and a ton of industry contacts to the mix that was critical to our success. He gave us good advice on timing the sale with his knowledge of current market conditions. We actually had multiple acceptable offers in the first week. Selling a property can be stressful, and it really helped to have a realtor that is easy to work with and experienced with the sales process to help smooth over the inevitable bumps.
