Mark worked with his partner to buy a Duplex from myself this last week. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and expertise for the financial side related to any closing questions. We just closed on a property we owned with Xceptional Investments, Inc. We found the experience to be one of the best we have ever had and we have closed on at least 9 or 10 properties over the past number of years. We felt we were treated not only kindly but very respectfully and everything was spelled out in a way that was easy to understand and all 100 percent more than above board - from the initial contact, through the closing and even after, a personal call thanking us for doing business with them. We would definitely do business with them again if the option arises.
