We had a water pipe burst on us right after Christmas in our rental. The person that fixed it didn’t do it right and 6 weeks later the pipe broke. Don and his apprentice came right away this morning. They didn’t just repair the pipe either. They changed it so it was to code, stabilized it and diverted it away from a cold spot so it wouldn’t happen again. Don was also incredibly kind and patient with my 4 year old son that was curious and chatty about what Don was doing, all of his tools in his van and when my son told Don that when he grows up he wants to be somebody, Don looked at my son and said, “You know what buddy? You already are somebody, right now and don’t forget that, okay?” My husband is deployed and Don talked to him over the phone to thank him for his service, reassure him our family had water again and explained what was done. Zumbro Valley is hands down the best company to go to for all plumbing needs.

We scheduled to have Don come install our toilet and, not knowing anything about plumbing, told him the wrong information. We updated him the morning of the job to find out the parts he needs may not be available. He was able to find the parts in his stock, showed up on time and did the job promptly. He was very friendly and professional, and as soon as we are ready for the vanity and shower, we will definitely be calling them back! He also was very respectful about COVID protocol. HIGHLY recommend.

Very prompt, friendly, and professional. We accidentally gave them incorrect information about the job and totally changed up what was needed for it on the morning of. They got everything done quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone!

My house was hit by lightning which resulted in some holes in my water pipes. Don came out on short notice to fix the issue. He corrected the problem quickly and ended up improving the previous setup quite a bit. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
