We have had a service contract with MSP for about two years, since we moved into our new home. They have consistently provided us with excellent service. Today was no different. Jake was here promptly at the scheduled time and was able to repair our furnace very quickly. He was thorough and very professional. And, what a nice young man! We really appreciated his time and expertise. Thank you!

March 19, 2021. Scheduled today's service for Furnace/AC/Water heater. The 3 together were advertised at $66...a very good deal...but we've been on their Preferred Customer plan for years, which would cover ALL 3 at NO COST.nThe water heater, however, did require some replacement parts...not altogether unexpected. Bo displayed the worn pieces, discussed repair vs. replacing the whole heater, tested our city water.nWith today's service, we can expect good, extended use from the heater. Very content with today's work.n(Previous review from years ago.)nMSP Plumbing has served us well over the few years we have been enrolled in their preferred customer program.nPrompt, efficient, honest in their appraisals.nHowever, despite the discount that comes with membership, I feel their prices are quite high. Once given an estimate, I know that I can decline service. But with the last two visits, I felt the repairs were needed, and accepted the job for convenience. Both were well over $1000.nIn future, I will more carefully consider each job before accepting their service.

Dan came right at the top of my scheduled service window, which I greatly appreciated. He was professional efficient and swift. He didn’t make a mess and didn’t leave a mess. Dan had come out a couple of weeks earlier and given us and estimate and my cost was not over the estimate given. We are extremely pleased with the work done. Inhighly recommend this company.

Nick was very knowledgeable in his field and informative. He let me know what he was doing and why. If he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to contact a knowledgeable associate that could answer the questions appropriately.nDefinitely want him to return for my next appointment. Hard to find excellent workers who do their job. A+

Matt came out and was incredibly helpful and informative. He answered all our questions and was extremely respectful. He even relayed all the info. re: our issue over the phone to an out-of-town family member so that we could all be informed of what was going on with our heating system. Thank you Matt!
