Real quick to take their $500 deposit, never once reach out about the unit. Then completely ignored once the unit is no longer available. I'd like my $500 back. Terrible customer service and no one ever answers their phone.

Carly in the office has gone above and beyond with being helpful during my application process. Cannot wait to be apart of this town home community in July!nnUpdate: After living at the Eagan Gables for 10 months, I am so happy with the living space. Everything is newly renovated, new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, etc. Not to mention I have yet to hear a single neighbor through our shared walls. Any sort of maintenance request is handled promptly and efficiently. After renting in 6 other locations in my life, I have NEVER been happier.nn3 YEAR UPDATE: 3 years later, we have purchased a home and are leaving Gables. It was bitter sweet as we enjoyed all 3 years of living here. Any and all maintenance requests were quickly and professionally handled, walls were thick and location was great. The team was more than helpful from start to finish. Both at the local office as well as at the Stephen Scott location (thank you, Stacy!). If you are looking in the area for a new place to live, this is definitely it.nnThank you - and farewell!nnBrook

Unfortunately, I was unable to move forward with the lease due to disorganization and incorrect information. The apartments seemed nice but I had a bad customer experience.

Great place , always communicates. Carly at the office is a fantastic person to work with along with Jennifer I love that all my questions get answers very quickly, and don't make you feel bad when you have a maintenance request. Very friendly place to live. Staff is great. The way a rental home should be!
