We have been living at the Quarry for almost a year. This apartment complex is clean, nice quality, QUIET, and we love living here. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and management responds to questions and concerns very fast. We receive excellent communication if there is something we need to know by phone and email, I really can't think of one negative thing. We are staying and looking forward to signing our next lease.

I have been living here for a year and I have nothing bad to say about this place. The management and staffs have been doing great job keeping this place in pristine condition. They are very kind and friendly.nnWhen anything important happen, they call us on our cell phone! We are always informed. They clear the snow immediately, on-site maintenance, working grill, deposit boxes for packages, all the good stuffs.nnI don't have any problem with noise as the other reviewer suggests. Sure, there might be some occasional noise but by no mean it is intrusive.nnI would say this place is worth the rent.

I highly recommend The Quarry. Everything about our experience here has been very good! Staff and tenants are friendly and welcoming. Yesterday, (a steamy hot Sunday evening) our air conditioner was not working and it was replaced it with a new one immediately. Thank you!! Also, after reading a review below, I would like to add that we think this complex is very quiet. We have never heard our neighbors even one time and this is our first time renting in over 25 years.

From my resident neighbors to Quarry staff, it's just a nice community of people. Beautiful apartment homes in a quiet but realllly convenient suburb, equally as beautiful!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very poorly built. Can hear everything above and below you. Staff just laugh at your complaint. Don’t even take the time to tour this poorly insulated building.
