I've lived a number of places over the years and this by far has been one of the best places I have lived. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Nicest and most helpful staff I have ever met! The apartments are a little older, but they are in the process of remodeling the floors and such, and the newer remodeled ones are absolutely beautiful. If you have a pet, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Never lived at a more pet friendly establishment ever in my life. Would highly recommend Eagan Town Centre Apartments, especially if you're a pet owner!

I have now lived here for 3 weeks and I have nothing but great things to say about Town Centre Apartments. The office team was extremely friendly and helpful in the moving process. The apartment was clean and ready to go on my moving day. I had a leaky kitchen faucet and it only took 2 days for them to come out and not only fix the leak but give me an upgraded faucet. Communication with everything has been perfect! They have great amenities, a great location and have a very friendly and professional staff. Thank you for making this feel like home!

1. One of the best things about living in Town Centre is their friendly staff members. Be it the associates in the office who run the day to day operation or the staff who attends to the maintenance issues, they are extremely amicable and courteous to the tenants. Having lived in so many apartments, we understand how important it is to have staff who always greets tenants with a smile and patiently answer their questions.nn2. Another aspect that I like about Town Centre is their promptness in attending maintenance issues. The online system makes it easy to raise wide range of maintenance issues. They make sure that someone attends to the maintenance issue within a couple of days. The maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable to fix the issue right away. They go above and beyond to attend other minor issues even if they were not raised earlier but pointed out when they are in the apartment to take care of a different issue.nnThank you TC associates! Keep up the good work.

The team/staff are all so friendly at Town Centre and we have enjoyed the community atmosphere while living here. While the building itself is old, the maintence staff is responsive and does their best job to fix any problems should they arise. We love how pet friendly this apartment is, and even though previous places allowed pets, Town Centre has poop bag stations on the premises for you, which helps keep it clean for everyone. So glad to live here :)

I think I got a pretty good deal getting this apartment for everything it has here. Washer + Dryer, a deck, a gym + pool... and the place has very friendly staff and neighbors with lots of well behaved pets!.nMy only complaint is that the heating is not very good haha
