Before we started looking at homes, we wanted to choose a real estate agentnthat we could trust.nnOur first meeting was with Christine Savard and Greg Cutshall (the SavardnGroup). The meeting went very well and we were quite sure they were the bestnagents for us, but we thought it would be wise to interview a few more beforenmaking our final decision. It helped us to be 100% sure with our choice. Innthe end, we went with the Savard Group.nnBuying a house can be an emotionally and physically exhausting process. HavingnGreg and Christine help us made it so much easier, they were there every stepnof the way guiding us and letting us know the next steps to take as we wentnthrough the home-buying process. They always treated us with kindness andncare. We worked with Greg about 65% of the time, and then with Greg andnChristine the rest of the time.nnThey promptly answered emails and calls, and scheduled homes to view asnquickly as possible. They advised us to the true value of the home, andnwhether they thought the house was listed for too much. They also let us knownthe age of the large appliances including the furnace and air conditioningnunits, and when they thought they'd need to be replaced. This information wasninvaluable to us, since buying a house and having to replace an expensivenfurnace in the first year could be too much of a financial burden.nnAs we continued to look for our perfect home, they focused on helping us findnthe home we wanted rather than guiding us toward ones that would maximizentheir commission. It seemed to us that they cared about the house we bought,nas much as if they were buying it.nnWhen we decided on the house we were the happiest with, their advice onnbidding was spot on -- the buyer excepted our bid. From this point untilnclosing they made sure we did everything we had to do in order to be ready fornthe closing, even answering questions and helping us after hours. Looking backnnow, it really eased the emotional stress, knowing they had our backs.nAnother benefit for us, was their referrals. From the inspector to thenlocksmith and everything in between, their referrals were awesome. And, itnsaved us a lot of worry and time over having to research this on our own.nnWe've been in our home for a little while now - and we're very happy. Theyncontinue to follow up and make sure we are happy and that everything is stillngreat with the house. It seems to us that we've become part of the SavardnGroup family for years to come.nnIn closing Greg and Christine are awesome, and we would work with them againnin a heartbeat!!
