Its a nicely remodeled place but dont let that distract you. Management has a horrible time trying to get back to people I have called the office in the passed a good 7/8 times and have gotten no answer throughout the day they lack communication skills and loose documents in their office they then blame you for not turning stuff in to later on in an email say they don't know what happened I told them to check their security footage and they said “For some reason we cant go back a month” which says alot when people have their amazon packages stolen theres no one to blame. For $1,260 a month for a one bedroom apartment they’re out of their minds thats a mortgage payment for a one story house think about it. The underground garage is nice during the winter thats the only reason why they got a one star. Rike does a good job at keeping things clean in his garage. The management is trash the people are okay you’ll run into an alcoholic neighbor that for some reason gets to do whatever he likes without any consequences. People have cats running up and down the halls like its some sort of cat park oh and when your apartment needs any maintenance the maintenance guys come in with nasty work boots get on your bed step on your furniture with their boots **They bring no ladders or shoe covers. Management also goes in your apartment without consent and then say they “thought” it was okay with you that ones for you Elane. By the time you leave and spend hours cleaning their place so you can have your deposit back they charge you $30 bucks an hour to clean even if it’s spotless clean. I don’t recommend this place specially for the price. You can get the same apartment for $950 somewhere around town just keep looking.

I love Aspenwood Apartments even before I moved in. Elaine, Carly and other staff who’s I’ve encountered have been so sweet and helpful. I love the neighborhood and the residents who live here. I’ve never felt at home. Thank you Aspenwood Apartment’s for making us feel welcomed!

There were a lot of renovations that are nice.nnThere is not enough bike storage on site and the location of the bike rack is too close to the garage entrance. The bikes on the rack are overflowing.nnGenerally good place to live for the money if you have pets and kids.nnThe office staff is nice. Most issues are taken care of right away.

Grounds are covered in dog poop year round. Some people bag poop and then hang it in trees or leave it off to the side of the walking path that surrounds the swamp. Earlier this winter people were letting their dogs poop in the renovated carpeted hallways because it was too cold to take their pets outside?
