First, we were pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness. From our call, a technician arrived within two hours, announcing arrival half an hour ahead. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed and isolated the problem to our ancient furnace control electric panel, independent of the furnace itself. He then said that he would have to come back with another technician the following day due to the nature of the repair, which happened the first thing in the morning. Within two hours of their arrival, our furnace got back to action.nnthen, at the end of the work, we were again pleasantly surprised by the bill, which was not bad at all, considering the type of work that they had to perform and that the work spanned over two separate visits.nnBoth of the technicians were friendly, courteous, very clear as to what the work was going to involve and left the work site spotlessly clean afterwards. We would certainly consider hiring Sedgwick again and recommend them to our friends and family as well.

My heat went out in the middle of the night during our most recent polar vortex (it was -11 when my heat went out). While I have a service plan through my gas company, they're weren't able to provide any repair support for a minimum of 24 hours. I didn't find this acceptable, so I called Sedgwick, and they had an extremely awesome tech out to diagnose and fix the issue within 2 hours. There is a reason why Sedgwick has been in business for so many years, its their great response time and awesome service. This is exactly why I'll recommend Sedgwick to others, and they'll always be the company I'll call first.
From the initial visit to assess our needs, the quote, and work being carried out, it was a simple and hassle-free process. A gap came up in their schedule quicker than expected so it didn’t take long to get everything done, well ahead of the summer. Recommended
The Sedgwick guys were professional, knowledgeable, worked in a timely fashion but didn't rush, and answered all of my questions. Also the maintenance man/ salesman Miles was excellent. He knew his business, was also professional, answered all questions, and very helpful and kind.
