From the start when I called to request a quote Champion was the best. Called back right away and quoted me a great price. Bennncalled was on time and walked me through everything he had to do. Very friendly and cleaned up after he was finished. Would recommend Ben and Champion !

I wanted to follow-up my install of my new water heater and praise him for the excellent job Adam did.nHe had already been out once before and determined the unit I had purchased wasn't the right fit for me - he gave me a thorough explanation of my options and his recommendation. I purchased the unit he recommended and when he came back to install it today he was great once again - quick work, thorough explanation, and very friendly.nThey were also able to schedule my install less than 24 hours after I contacted them.nTwo thumbs up, 5 stars, and much thanks to Adam and Champion.

The company I went through, initially, messed up my appointment so that was frustrating. They used Champion as the installer for their product, I spent the morning waiting but no one showed up. I decided to call Champion directly. They picked up immediately and addressed all my concerns! Super professional! Also, the initial company I bought the water heater from was $150 more than Champions! Thank goodness they messed up because Champion came in with a better price! The installation was simple and efficient! The plumber, I believe his name was Nick, was amazing! Knowledgeable and professional! Made sure to wear a mask and shoe coverings while in my house. He installed the water heater and removed the old one in no time. Wonderful experience and service, I will definitely recommend for the future to anyone who needs a repair or replacement! Keep up the good work!

Champion was excellent and did exactly what they said from scheduling the day to then scheduling a smaller time window the morning of that day. George arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window and was respectful of my home. He was very professional (with a touch of humor I appreciated!) and knowledgable (answering all my questions). He was efficient and the entire process went much faster than I anticipated (this being my first water heater replacement). I would highly recommend Champion (and George)!!
