***UPDATE***nThings have improved since my review, & to me, shows that this business owner is one of the good guys. Also if you call & talk to or leave a message with your complaint, he seems to do his best to make things right.nThat's something that earns & deserves my customer loyalty everytime.nn*Original Review*nThis place is pretty good....gets the car clean & i really like its 24/7, BUT, many times the spray nozzles for the soap & rain x are clogged so you don't get a nice even application over the entire vehicle.....its just kinda frustrating.nAlso from time to time the kiosks wont process any plastic (tonight being one). So if you have the Scrubby's prepaid card or plan on using a debit /credit card, you're SOL, it ain't gonna happen....also frustrating.... especially when you drive outta your way specifically to this wash.

Clean, neat place for carwash, vacuums really suck hard, strongest I've used in long time.

This place is fairly decent I actually find their $7 Tuesdays to be a great deal for a wash!

Fabulous customer service! I go to this car wash regularly on Tuesdays for the $7 premium wash. It does not perfectly clean my car, but it has a quick underbody spray and it gets most of the salt and snow off of my car in the winter.nnThe reason I am giving 5 stars is because I recently received extremely impressive customer service.nnI went for a Tuesday wash and the sprayers did not work. No soap was sprayed on my car. So, I went inside, wrote a paper complaint, and dropped it in the comment box. I wasn’t sure if I would even hear from anyone, but to my surprise, I was contacted the next morning with a sincere apology. Three days later, I received a hand-signed apology letter and a refund, as well as a token for a free wash. It was unprecedented to receive such a quick response and a refund (plus a free wash token) without hesitation.nnI returned to get another premium wash today with my token, and everything worked perfectly. My car is looking very clean!
