BEWARE We had an apt time at 11am. We got to the house 30 mins early. As we waited no one called to say hey running late, nothing. Just a no show. Then once we did get ready to leave,we saw her (the property manager) in her car. We waved & said hey wait a minute, will we be seeing the house? She completely ignored us.Then after we had texted her cuz she wouldn't answer phone.She then sends a text she says she was running late,but then sends another text that she had been waiting for us?! FOR REAL?!?Seriously lady. Nothing but Lies, If this is how the business is ran. I'd hate to see how unprofessional they are once you are locked in a lease. 1200 Ethel dr onto the next rentals. But thanks for helping us make in important decision,to go with another rental business.

We had a little it of a rough start when I first moved in two years ago due to miscommunication. In the following months the manager always responds to maintenance requests and calls promptly. I would happily rent with Kaycasa again!

Won’t answer phone calls and voicemail box is Full. Pretty unprofessional.
