Blue Jay now has a new owner. The place has went downhill extremely bad. My vehicle was not cleaned good at all. The windows were smeared, and their was still dirt all over the vehicle. They put someone else's floor matts out of a truck on top of my floor matts. Blue Jay used to be a good car wash when the other people owned it, and now you dont even get the 10th car wash free. The owner has told the employees to put the floor matts on the outside of the windshield. A customer had pin indents put into his windshield while he was there. It literally cracked his windshield in several places. Anyone with common sense knows that you shouldn't do this. Because even a water balloon can crack a windshield, if hit in the right spot. I hope, they have to pay for the guy's damaged windshield and installation. I was told that the same guy that now owns Blue Jay's. Also owns the one close to Walmart, so customers beware. The owner needs to sell the business to someone that can run it properly like it used to be ran. The previous owners did way better job, and Jennifer was good at being a manager. They have drastically reduced employees. It used to take 15 to 20 minutes to get your car washed. Now, it takes an hour. Not worth the wait to still have a dirty vehicle.

Awesome! They do a great job on the WHOLE car! Super fast. I can't get the shopvac out & ready in the time it takes them to to the whole car. Plus, I just can't beat $23. Super friendly staff.

Their service has gone downhill tremendously. They used to do a great job inside and out on your car. Not anymore. I have used them for 20 years but after today I will not go back. Buyer beware.

This is for the Detail Service ONLY. The Car Wash itself is great!nnTook my vehicle in December of 2019 to be detailed. Explained to them what I wanted, and to be mindful of the nooks and tight spaces that would usually be missed. Returned to pick up my vehicle the next day, and not to my surprise, those spaces and several other had been missed. Door jams and most of the doors themselves were still dirty, foot pedals and glove box hadn’t been cleaned, shifter column and steering wheel box sticky, and the engine bay and rear corners of the trunk we’re still nasty. Called the next day to have it done again, which they obliged, but still didn’t didn’t get everything the second time around. Engine bay, door jams and underneath, shifter column and steering wheel box still missed. Returned to them a THIRD TIME and showed them what was still missed. Couldn’t get them to understand what I wanted, so I called the Corporate Office (which is a complete waste of time in of itself) and got two free washes. Then they tried to argue with me about how they don’t clean engine bays. The sign at their Maysville location which honors both says different. After the new owners have taken over, this place has really been in a slump. The car wash itself is great, but DO NOT take your vehicle in to be detailed.
