After having issue after issue with other realtors Mike and Elaine with MTG Real Estate were fantastic. They truly care about you and your family. They don't up sell and they help you in any way that they can. The MTG Real Estate slogan is “ I love MTG” and I can say with all sincerity that I love MTG and you will too!

MTG was friendly and down-to-Earth. MTG came recommended by a local real estate investor and by a friend a former MTG client. MTG made recommendations that we followed to make the photos memorable and eye catching. MTG had good contacts to help get the house and yard ready. MTG's guy did a nice job with the photos. MTG used social media and other sites (e.g. Zillow) to list our home. We were #1 on Zillow for several days. We had some issues with communication, but that may be par for the course when conducting business from outside of town. Maybe it was growing pains because MTG just expanded. Or perhaps, we just needed more hand holding as first time home sellers. Sometimes, MTG responded quickly and provide expert guidance. At other times, we'd ask a question via email/text/voice that would be answered much later or never. After going under contract on day one, we had a string of bad luck with several buyers unable to clear underwriting at closing. Closing dates came and went. MTG was supportive and positive. Finally, after several months, our home sold! The listing price was never reduced. We sold our home at asking price. We're happy to be on the otherside looking back.
