Very good service in general ! Most of the time they have kids that they don’t know what are they doing but if you notice something wrong and let them know they re wash your car or they make sure you’re 100 % satisfied before you go.
Overall good work here. The best/only car wash of its kind in the area. Had both cars washed today (at different locations). Both times the interior windshield was left smudgy. Both times I went back and they happily recleaned the windshield for me. Would have liked to have it done right the first time, but they took care of me right away.nnRemember to tip.
Paid for the best monthly plan with a interior upgrade 69.62. Just Moved to Eagan and needed to find a new wash it’s double what I used to pay for Mister Car Wash’s best wash package but wanted to give it a try. My car still had water spots all over exterior and visible dirt in doors, cup holders, and carpet edges. Not impressed with the service at all. Almost worth driving to another town Mister has same quality for half the monthly price.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. The employees do an excellent job. I have a ford raptor that is a bit too wide to fit through the wheel washing equipment. Instead of turning me away the owner or one of the employees will get in my truck and steer it throughout the car wash. My father is elderly. The employees always take out his walker and help him out of the truck. Any issues I've had over the years Ed has always taken care of things right away. This is a 5 star carwash.
Car interior was filthy to start with and turned out pretty good. Customer service experience acceptable but not warm feeling. The work was good quality. But maybe a little more effort to communicate that customer is valued.
