I recently moved to the Brainerd area and ended up buying a house through Century 21 and the whole experience has been absolutely horrible. They ate there to sell a house and that's it. They say they are going to get you info on the house and dont. In fact they don't follow through with any promises they make you. And if you end up getting screwed by the previous owner on things that were not disclosed don't expect them to help you. They will basically take the sellers side. I will NEVER use them again.

Saw the previous review, do not know if it was a disgruntled Agent, am guessing it was. The Staff at Century 21 Brainerd has always been extremely professional, I have had many transactions done through Century 21 & never a issue as described. The main reason I choose to work here is Integrity & Professionalism of the Staff & Agents here. Before becoming a Agent myself, I had many experiences with the Office buying & selling our properties & that is why I chose to work here after acquiring my Realtor Licence, & I plan on many years of working alongside the Agents & Staff here.

We have used an agent that is currently at Century 21/Brainerd since 1998 when we came up to search for a home due to job relocation. My wife and I have moved/sold/bought homes several times since and we have been very satisfied with the professional staff at this office. Yes, we tried others and were not impressed with their actions vs. their talk. Our most recent transaction was handled just as well. I would recommend this agency based on our experience and their expertise.
