I like the service of this gas station but they need to enforce the mask policy because today two different guys went inside without a mask purchase what ever they need n the staff didn't say anything....nnPlease enforce to customers wear a mask... so the rest of your customers feel feels like you care.
Masks required, not enforced. I come here often on my breaks at work and whenever a customer comes in without a mask buisiness carries on as usual. No rejection of customer, no masks offered to those not wearing any, nothing. We're in the middle of a pandemic, if your customers won't be responsible, you need to be. As it stands, neither of these groups are acting responsible.
The reason I keep going to this store is because the great service I receive on a daily basis from Cole the cashier. He is the main reason I keep going back to this store, this man needs a raise or a promotion for the great service he provides to the customers day in and day out.
Cole is the best service member I've ever seen at a Kwik Trip, his service is what brings me back so often. This man needs a raise and or promotion.
