Great staff there!! Very nice place would recommend! also they have a cute little kids area to keep the little ones busy!
New post: Brite N Clean staff contacted us to make the situation right. We tried them again and the experience was very different the second time around. Our table linens from our wedding were extremely clean and crisp when they were returned to is from our wedding. Staff was easy to work with. Willing to try again.nnOld post: I will NEVER step foot back in here. They told us on Monday they could have my husband's suit for our wedding done by Tuesday/Wednesday. On Thursday we called because we had not heard back. They said it was done. I went in and was jokingly told it was lost. 15-20 minutes later, the employee still couldn't find it. We went back later and they found it at the bottom of a bin. The shirt was done and carried out after us. They took it off the hanger in front of us. All items were returned with hangers and unfinished In fact, it was returned in worse condition. We do NOT recommend.
I am a foster mom of 9 and i absolutely loveee going to this laundry mat. Alex is always so willing to help with any issues i have, hes quick to help fix machines or even just clean up spills when accidents happen!! They couldnt have a better or more friendly and knowledgeable employee than alex. And hes super knowledgeable on how to fix stains if i may add.
My favorite laundromat in cadillac! It is always clean it is never busy, the machines always work, and the staff is always kind and patient and considerate.
Nice and clean, but the people that work there are not friendly. Or even acknowledge you. I had questions about app they installed so you can pay with your phone and I was scared to ask about it.
