This was the first time I had ever sold a home and the stress of the unknowns, complexity of living approx 7 hours away was overwhelming UNTIL I met Jennifer. Suddenly everything changed. She provided clarity when was there was none, honest and well reasoned opinions and fantastic referrals for various types of wmork required on the property. It was if she anticipated my next question..and had the best answer.nShe’s professional, personal, ethical, with a great sense of humor who knows the market. One could want nothing more in a realtor.nWith her guidance and communication through the process; the house went on the market on a Monday. By Tues aft she called and said three offers were made; one above the asking price!nFrom first contact, to on market, bid acceptance, inspection, documentation (all handled remotely) to close it was easy and stress free. Jennifer went out of her way to make the sale of my brother's house in Kentucky a quick and efficient sale. Jennifer advised us on so many things and handled paperwork long distance as we live eight hours away. House sold quickly and closing went amazingly smooth. I would highly recommended Jennifer for your real estate needs.
