NO STARS!! Horrible customer service and WAY overpriced. Been going there for years because they are conveniently located for me....well I've finally had enough. Although, their prices are high this review is more about the poor customer service and their rudeness!!

They don’t value customers at all. I gave them a pant with a cloth belt for dry cleaning. They returned the pant to me without the belt...i paid them. i was told they would look for the belt inside and call me next day but I never got a call back. I did check at home and I was even more sure that I had sent the belt along with the pant for dry cleaning. It’s not a cheap pant. then I visisted them again and asked about the belt. They said they didn’t remember I gave them the pant with a cloth belt....no sorry. They just asked me to take the pant away. I said you don’t value your customers and my business. they said they only valued high class customers..... what does this mean? Interesting. I cannot wear the pant without the pant so I left my pant there and said I won’t visit your store anymore.

I went in to ask for a ballpark quote for a wedding dress. He said he had to see it I said what. if it was just one stain, do you do spot removal? he said depends on the solution they used. I told him I had a picture of the dress and the stain if that would help. He wouldnt even then. I just wanted a ballpark and he couldnt give it to me. Was extremely frustrating to get zero information

I had two suits cleaned here. They completed them in a couple days with no damage and was able to get out some marks on one of them. Look like new again.

Extremely caring and professional business. I travel alot, and this shop has come through in a pinch more than a few times. Whether it's a simple clean and press or some tailoring, my clothes come out exactly as requested. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
