I use their delivery service and it’s amazing! The driver is super nice and he never misses a beat.nnRecently, I left some cash in my sport coat. One of the team members called me to inform me and held it for me to come pick up (they offered to deliver it). She very easily could have kept it and not said a word. Her honesty has me as a loyal customer forever!
Unprofessional owners, they lost a shirt they kept to special treat and no one wants to accept responsibility. The woman at the counter said she left a message for the owners, no call or contact ever from him. You not only lost our shirt, you've lost our business forever.
I have spent hundreds of Thousands of dollars at this dry cleaning facility. They lost my very expensive duvet cover. They are making me wait 30 days to even think about reimbursing me. My duvet cover has matching shames. Without the duvet cover, the shames no longer match. Judy the general manager said this is “not their problem” and they will only consider replacing the duvet cover. Judy than had the audacity to hang up on me. She said the “owner” is too busy to speak with me and hung up on me. I have never been treated to horribly. Judy should not be working with customers! I will never go back to this business, they are a disgrace to our community!
Best dry cleaner in the area. Great staff!
I had repairs made to a winter coat. Very inexpensive, quick turnaround, coat is perfect. Would definitely recommend.
