Always do a great job of cleaning my vehicles. Love using vacuums as well before a wash.
The end of the car wash has brushes that scrape water off the car and they caught on my spoiler and ripped it off. I’ve tried getting ahold of management but they didn’t answer the phone. Voicemail also wasn’t set up so I couldn’t leave a message.
don't go to this car wash. went through and scratched up my car terribly . the manager joe will just deny too . terribly managed place . it's a shame cuz it's such a good location . so many better washes to go other than this joke they call a car wash
Rude, unfriendly, pushed my electronic folding mirrors in grinding the motors then when I tell them they’re electric he just says nothing and stares. Takes my card inside for 5 minutes, leaving me uneasy and I’m going to get a new card because they shouldn’t need to take your card out of sight especially for that long. Never coming back, owner should be ashamed of workers with attitudes like that. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
Paid for the $7 undercarriage wash. Before I had the chance to get my window completely rolled up, the kid soaked my windshield, soaking me in the process.nnThen he had the gall to yell at me for hitting the breaks. Sorry, but getting a bucket load of cold water dumped INTO my car in mid-January (soaking me, my coat, and my seat) was a bit of a shock. Just be glad *I* didn't yell at YOU. No apology was given, even though he could see I was wiping myself off.
