Drive through took forever with 3 cars. All and I mean All the employees were not wearing masks. They were all down below their chins. This a food place everyone needs to be wearing them. Especially the people working the line. Sad. I know not everyone doesn't like wearing them. Understandable, but in a place that serves food. Common sense
Because tacos
Worst Taco Bell experience ever. I called multiple times to get a status on my late order and not only did they not answer, they took the phone off the hook. I ordered delivery around 11 last night. They close at 2 am. They never made my order or canceled it. Had me waiting until 2:40am with the message “Taco Bell is preparing your order” which was clearly never coming. I could have ordered something else in those 3 hours but they don’t care at all about their customers.
How important is it to do a good job? Please send these people the memo. And are napkins extra? Because this time and the last time i received none. I can not wait until fastfood goes fully automated. These guys will either be homeless or will have to do real work where performance matters. And im assuming most of them couldn't cut it in real job!
They're open when they say they're going to be open. And that is saying something for the fast food restaurants in this area. Food never disappointed me.
