My experience at this laundromat was awesome. My basement is being remodeled so I had 7 loads of clothes to wash. Cathryn assisted us from the time we came in until we were done. I was having an issue with one of the washers and she assisted me. The laundromat is very clean. Cathryn made sure the floors stayed swept and free fabric cloths. I will return.
The, washers and dryers are usually clean. Need, to implement a system to keep the bathrooms clean frequently.. especially during this here pandemic! Reasonably priced washers and dryers! This, is a very popular laundromat for this area. Why, it's NOT 24/7 is beyond me! Closing at 10p.m. is insane ud83dude02 (okay, I'm being dramatic) but ya get my point right?! ud83dudc4cud83cudffd
Half of the heavy duty washing machines are out of order or will just take your money and will not wash your clothes. I put $6 dollar into one of their heavy duty washers and the machine had a malfunction. I tried to call their customer service number on a Monday at 9am. And the automated system told me to call back during business hours M-F 8am-10pm. I still have yet to receive a refund
I love the low low prices and very clean place it's close to where I live this place is on 11 and Harper in st clair shores
It's kept up with a clean and quiet environment. I'm very safe when I come here.
