They did an awesome job on putting a new heels on them and polished up the scuff marks. Looks like brand new shoes again.
Awful service ..Owner is arrogant and insolent... Check your garments to ensure they have been cleaned properly!! This guy is rude!! Do Not Shop Here!!! Not Worth it!
I've been going to this cleaner for quite some time and never had complaints. But my past few experiences have been unprofessional bc they keep losing my items and deny what I given them. I let the first 2btimes go bc I thought maybe it was me....but the 3rd was my last straw. I counted my order before I arrived...then the associate and myself counted my last order 2x together. I go and pick up my order today and an item is missing AGAIN eventho they charged me for 16 I got 15 .....and the response oh we miscounted and they gave me a $2.75 refund. Now these are school uniforms so the top and bottom has the same item amount. I'm done.
