Very 'hit or miss'. 1 in 3 times my order has been wrong or missing something. Yesterday I ordered a slider and fries, got two sliders. The time before that ordered 4 sandwiches, got home with 3. The workers are always pleasant, but at this point I just eat whatever they've decided I get today.
My drive through was quick, and my made to order sandwich was good. Looking forward to returning ud83dudc4d
Food was good but need people forgot the condiments.
Went on fri nite was supposed to be open and they were already closed!
Yesterday May 26, I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 Triple Decker Club Meals. It was 11:29:59 AM. The total cost was $9.99 +$9.99 1.20 sales tax $.42 local tax =$21.60nI drove 1 mile to share this with my mother. Her sandwich had approx 1 inch of “toasted” bread on one piece; my bread was only dried out completely from being “not toasted but heated until all moisture was gone”. The ham, beef and turkey were not spread out across the bread, there was zero pepper bacon on either sandwich.nI will not waste another penny at Lebanon’s Arby’s. The meal was sub par, very disappointing. For $21.60 we could have had 2 delicious meals with 2 margaritas at any of theMexican Restaurants. Or a large supreme pizza, or any variety of other choices from Arby’s menu.nTrain your employees to make things the correct way. Yes I’m furious!!!
